My Story
I decided during the month of my birthday that it was time to get into shape. I joined Curves on May 4th and began working out three days a week. I also begin cutting back on meat and eating smaller portions. when it was time for me to have my first weigh in on June 4, i had lost 14.9 lbs. It was a great start and a great motivation for me to keep working out. I enjoy going to curves and look forward to reaching my goal.
