My Story
I've had a weight problem the majority of my life. I tried different weight loss programs. They all worked and I lost a lot of weight. The problem was that none of the programs taught me how to eat to maintain a healthy weight. In February 2009, I began participating in the Curves Weight Management Plan. At first, I figured it was like all the other programs. I learned quickly that it was different. In fact, I have never seen anything like it. The Curves Weight Management Plan changed the way I think about food. The menus on the plan made it simple. I don't have to count calories or buy special foods. The entire family can eat the same healthy foods. The menus are great and provide you with healthy amounts of protein, carbohyrdrates and fat. As a result of following this plan, in the past 5 months, I have lost 29 lbs and 29 inches. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 8. Along with the weight management plan, I exercise at Curves daily.
