My Story
My original reason for joining Curves was to fit into a beautiful dress I wanted to wear for a black tie event with my husband - not only did I wear it the end of June, it was a bit loose!!! Little did I know at the time - there was a bigger and better reason for getting into shape. On December 5th of that year I suffered a brain aneurism, or as I prefer to call it, an explosion. After two operations and the 80 staples in my head were removed, I started rehab - both the doctors and nurses told my husband that because I was in such good shape they expected a 100% recovery - he told them the reason for my physical condition was because of Curves - By the grace of God and my desire to return to "my circle of friends", I returned to Curves by the middle of March -
