My Story
I started Curves back in 2003 and I have been very good about working out 3x a week. It was when I decided to try and get pregnant then I started to keep a food journal...well I got pregnant sooner then I thought. I found that I weight a lot more then what I though I did!!! My weight before I had my daughter was 168 lbs. I was trying to get to 155. I worked out till I was 35 weeks into my pregnancy. So after my daughter was born I had to wait 6 weeks before I would be able to start working out. I then made it my mission to lose my pregnancy weight. So I started December 30,2008 and to date almost a year later I am 141 lbs! Woo hoo! I did it all from watching portions and working out Curves! I have more engery then I have had before! :) I am truly a better...wife...mother...daughter and person because of Curves@
