My Story
My doctor told me I needed to lose weight.He doesn't believe in drugs or quick fixes-he said to start exercising. At 5ft 9in and 178, most people would think I didn't need to, but my back and left hip hurt all the time, and I knew it was probably from carrying around 25 extra lbs that my body was not used to. I have a small frame and my ideal weight is around 150. So I left the Doc's and went straight to Curves. A friend told me all about it, and it sounded TOO easy, but I needed to do something, anything!! It's been a little over a month and I have lost 5 lbs. and an inch here and there. I have some health issues that have come up, but I can still exercize with a few modifications. I got a friend to join with me and we motivate each other to go. I feel better now than I have in a long time and look forward to losing more weight-and inches!!
