My Story
				I have been dedicated to working out at least 4, usually 5 and sometimes even six days a week.  I've lost 40 lbs and reshaped my whole body and feel like a million bucks.  I am 58 and probably in the best shape of my life.  I plan to continue with my fitness program.  I've even started to eat much healthier and it does pay off.
