My Story
Since I joined Curves 7 years ago, I've lost weight & inches, improved my balance and feel better about myself. The amazing thing for me came when, following x-rays, I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in my lower back, neck and shoulder. My doctor was stunned with this diagnosis, as was I. He said he never suspected I was in such bad shape because of my activity level. I feel, had it not been for Curves, I would have been severely limited in my activities.
Needless to say I continue to go to Curves to maintain my mobility and keep as active as possible.
