My Story
March 17, 2009 -- this is the date I joined Curves with the SmartKey. It has been 3 months and I got my body back. I wish I can say I did this all by myself, but I cant. The ladies who work at Merced Curves are wonderful, enthusiastic, and helpful. Even if the machines are all being used, they make you feel as if you are the only one in the room. Special attention is given to each and every one of their members.
I dont know how to express my feelings about these wonderful ladies. Yes, I make the effort to exercise; and, yes, I make the effort to watch my food portions; but without the support, I would not have accomplished as much as I have in 3 months.
For me, this isnt about losing weight; it is a life time commitment -- my numbers (blood pressure, cholesterol) have dropped; Ive gotten stronger, and my back and knees dont hurt.
Even my Curves Clone looks smaller !!
