My Story
Iam 28 Years old and I joined Curves in oct. 2008. I wanted to be more healthy and fit. When I first started Curves I was 174lbs. Iam only 5ft. I ate whatever I wanted and didn't exercise at all.I would eat alot of fried unhealthy foods everday. I work a full time job and always had an excuse not to exercise. One day while I was at work..a co-worker of mine was talking about how she was doing Curves. I finally said you know what..I will try it and see what happens. I changed my eating habits a lot. I cut out all the fried foods and junk food. I started getting sandwiches for lunch and eating more healthier breakfasts. I am now eating more healthier snacks to hold me over. I am watching my portion control. I am not following any diet like weight watchers or anything like that. I am doing it all on my own. So....it's been 7 months since I've joined Curves and I've lost 52 pounds and 54.5 inches!! I went from a size 14/16 to now a size 6/8. I've lost 14 inches alone on my waist! 12 inches off my hips...6 inches off my thighs. I feel more energized and healthier now.
