My Story
I've been a Curves member for over four years. I workout 4 times a week with a group of friends. I use to eat out a lot more and didn't pay attention to how many calories I was eating. I still like to go out to eat with friends, but I limit myself to once or twice a week and make healthier choices. I also eat alot more fruits and vegetables than I did before. On the days I don't go to Curves, I like to walk. Before I joined Curves, I had never gone to a gym. The staff at my Curves are very helpful and supportive. The other members have also shown a lot of support and given me positive feedback that has helped me reach my goal. So far I've lost 135 pounds and I hope to lose 20 more but I'm proud of how far I've come.
