My Story
This amazing Curves member is my mother and my inspiration! What is so amazing about her is that she is 82 years old and she works out at Curves in Ferguson, MO. everyday, Monday thru Friday! Not only is she in great shape, she is in excellent health and is extremely energetic. She does not take any medication and she walks without any assistance. Being a Curves member allows her to do one of her favorite pasttimes,which is mingling and getting to know people, and it has also improved her quality of life. I believe that Curves has helped add to my mother's longevity. I am so thankful for her example of good health to me and so many other women. I have been a Curves member for 6 years and I plan to continue to follow in my mother's footsteps with Curves and good health.
