My Story
I have been a Curves member for several years. My weight has fluctuated most of my adult life, mostly due to my motivation to address this. I reached my highest weight in January of this year, which was my motivation to take action. I have always done my Curves workout three times per week. Yet, I gained weight. I realized that it was the effort I was putting into my workout and exercise; that was the problem. Curves Smart helped me realize that I had been going through the motions of exercising, but that I was not putting enough effort into it. I have lost almost 25 pounds and 12.5 inches since January! I have made a commitment to work hard at Curves, and in addition to adding daily exercise to my life. I am also paying attention to making healthier food choices. I took the Curves Weight Management class a couple of years ago, and I still refer to this information. I am so happy with the results I have seen and plan to continue with my goal of living healthier. Thank you to Curves and the staff for all of their support!
